Students learn fundamental topics such as: veterinary medical terminology, animal anatomy, exploring industry, companion animal breeds/behavior and pet death and dying. Students also develop practical skills for companion animal care and handling, safe dog and cat restraint, and basic grooming.
Come grab a handmade dog toy created by our Veterinary Science program. In addition, they will be performing live demonstrations of pet grooming and giving lots of tips and tricks for creating a happy pup!
Dog Grooming is pre-arranged. The class will also be selling dog toys for $1 per toy.
